MY PERSONAL WORK

This gallery represents just some of my personal work from the surrounding countryside and beeches where I live to my travels abroad. These are the images that I love to take when I am not photographing weddings. They have a completely different look and feel from my wedding photography as they are me observing my surroundings as opposed to my wedding work which is very much about being part of the day rather than an observer.

Most of these images are photographed with a manual camera and manual lens from the Leica brand. Leica cameras give me the opportunity to slow down a bit and appreciate my surroundings. Because they are a rangefinder camera with frame guides you can quite often see the image happening as the subject appear in the frame and then into the image.

Most of these images are taken in Devon and Costa Almeria in Spain where we love to holiday and spend time relaxing and enjoying the tapas and sunshine.
