West Wycombe Park Wedding | Kerri and Bill
West Wycombe Park Wedding by David Pullum a London Wedding photographer with over 15 years experience in photographing weddings across the country.
Britain was hit by two cold weather fronts in March making travelling to a from weddings very difficult. The snow fell heavily the night before and on the day of Kerri and Bill's wedding causing havoc on the roads, but when a wedding is planned so far in advance it must go on and so it did, and what a great wedding it was.Bridal prep was at The Landmark Hotel in London whilst Bill prepared for the wedding at home with his friends and sons.
Once both Kerri and Bill were ready we made our way to West Wycombe Park. This is the first time I have photographed at this particular venue and its a real treasure trove of English history.
The couple had two marquees, one for the ceremony and one for the reception, both dressed by the incredibly talented Aron from Whitepaper Events, friends a family danced the night away to Sensation Band and dined on the glorious food catered by Food Story.
Timing is one of the most important aspects of my work, positioning myself where I believe the photograph will look its best and then waiting for that precise moment to take the shot. The first dance image shown here has all of those elements and its an image that I love and am very proud to have taken.
The ceremony shot, has 3 layers of interest as well as composition, it's a different take on a ceremony photograph and again portrays that I dont want all of my clients images to look the same.
