Kinloss Synagogue Wedding | Simone + Orion
Kinloss Synagogue Wedding, a post by David Pullum.
Simone and Orion were married on a Thursday just a few days before the whole of the UK went into Coronavirus lockdown.
Preparations for Simone began at The Landmark Hotel in London, a place I know very well and have photographed quite a few weddings and corporate events there.
Simone was joined by her bridesmaids and mother for a very relaxed start to the day. Preparations complete and we all made our way to Kinloss Synagogue for the ceremony and reception. This wedding was just at the start of problems that the country now faces, and everything possible was done to ensure that people were safe and sanitised.
There is something about the light in the synagogue itself that really enhances photography. The canopy of the chuppah diffuses the light from above, and every time I have shot there the light just seems stunning. The ceremony was followed by a wonderful wedding reception with plenty of Israeli dancing, knife juggling and dancing.
A special thank you must go out to Simone who has been an absolute dream to work with. We only met the once, when I drove to London to meet her and her mother and so have communicated mostly through WhatsApp and Facebook messenger. This is in fact my first wedding booked via a brief chat on Facebook Messenger. Simone loved my photographs and after a quick reassurance from her sister who just said "book him now" she went ahead with a booking.
I am very privileged to be on the list of recommended suppliers for a Kinloss Synagogue Wedding.
